The Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees are responsible for policy, strategic planning and the appointment of staff.  These Trustees are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year. AGMs are normally held in June.

The Board of Trustees is the governing body within FMNI and members are elected annually. It is comprised of individuals who have skills and knowledge relevant to the work of FMNI. The Board meets six times per  year. And in addition sub-groups of Board members meet to concentrate on specific pieces of work to support the Director.

FMNI’s Director is responsible to the Board of Trustees for the day-to-day management and achievement of the organisation’s work as outlined in the Strategic Plan.

The Staff & PPC’s all report directly to the Director and have responsibility for the planning, delivery and evaluation of the services of FMNI and report bi-monthly to the Board of Trustees.
